The KLOR series integrated oil removal and dismantling device is based on the independently developed ORZ deep oil removal technology. It is the first domestic deep adsorption and oil removal and dismantling device designed for customers with small project sites that cannot be constructed by civil engineering. It includes two parts: adsorption and solvent recovery blocks, equipped with a fully automated control system, AI module control, simple operation, and unmanned operation. Suitable for deep oil removal requirements of extraction system feed liquids or oily wastewater such as P204, P507, C272, BC196, etc., with a treated effluent oil content of ≤ 1mg/L.
Widely used in industries such as non-ferrous metallurgy, power battery materials, nickel cobalt, rare earths, vanadium titanium, petroleum, and chemical engineering.
Scope of application: All feed liquids or oily wastewater with inlet oil content ≤ 150mg/L.
Modular design, compact device, small footprint, convenient transportation and assembly
Full process automation control, simple operation, and the ability to achieve unmanned operation
Price regulation and transparency, controllable investment
Good oil removal effect, effluent oil content ≤ 1 mg/L, no solid waste pollution
The on-site installation workload is small, the operation cycle is short, and engineering resources are saved
Modular assembly can solve problems such as increased processing capacity or limited space
Breaking through the technological bottleneck of traditional adsorption oil removal materials that are difficult to regenerate
The processed oil content is less than 1mg/L, and the evaporated product has high purity and quality
Zero loss - no adsorption of inorganic substances, no loss of raw materials and valuable metals
Zero pollution - realizing resource recycling of desorbents, water, oil, etc., without secondary pollution such as hazardous waste
Mature process route, stable operating effect, and long material service life
